The location turned out to be perfect and incredible, near to all the attractions including shopping, climbing the tower at the palazzo for the view over the city, and Juliet's house, everything-shops, restaurants and main sites and so many restaurants. The food was fabulous and the bar was modern.

Everything was perfect, the service was good. Thoroughly enjoyed the guest room I was given. I only stayed 2 nights, nonetheless the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for me. All the staff were amiable and superfriendly, the breakfast was amazing with cheese, cakes, more fresh ingredients. The location was marvellous as for me. Café Cafe Modern One located 1 km away was a nice surprise. I spent a very lovely time here, do recommend to anyone.

The place was small luxury, no complains at all, would recommend. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was in a good and stunning location near all the main sights. Actually the room was reasonably large with balcony, shared bath, as example. The breakfast was savoury and on top of the cake; the staff were happy to help.

The rooms were beautifully presented and brand-new, large bedroom for a good sleep. All in all it's reasonably clean place, has good beds and the staff were attentive people on the reception desk. The location was perfect and excellent, very close to all downtown activities, and the view was particularly nice, too. Spent our evenings in nearby The Red Lion enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The weather was wonderful, had very good stay for 2 nights. The staff from start to finish were caring and attentive. Truly enjoyed the way our guest room with terrace was arranged.
